Clearlake Capital Group, L.P. (“Clearlake” or the “Firm”), a global investment firm managing integrated platforms spanning private equity, liquid, private credit, private market solutions, and other related strategies, today announced the launch of Clearlake Private Wealth, a new platform created to expand access to private markets strategies for private wealth investors.

Alongside the launch, Clearlake announced the upcoming offering of the Clearlake Private Markets Fund (“the Fund”), a non-diversified, closed-end interval fund registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, designed to provide private wealth investors with access to Clearlake and Pathway Capital Management’s (“Pathway”) established private markets platform and secondary and co-investment capabilities. The Fund is expected to be available to investors in Q1 2027.

Clearlake Private Wealth brings together the institutional experience, access, and investment philosophy to provide private markets solutions designed for the wealth channel. The business draws on specialized investment teams and Clearlake’s disciplined investment process, including Pathway, a division of Clearlake, to deliver institutional-quality private markets exposure through accessible, advisor-ready vehicles. Clearlake Private Wealth is designed to serve financial advisors, Registered Investment Advisers, and private investors seeking private markets exposure alongside sophisticated institutional investors. The Fund is the platform’s first offering.

The Clearlake Private Markets Fund will seek to provide access to LP-led secondaries, GP-led secondaries, and co-investments through a single investment, leveraging Pathway’s investment experience and expertise. Through the co-investment opportunities, investors will have exposure to high-conviction portfolio companies with historically no management fee or carry at the underlying GP level. The strategy is designed to provide investors with intentional diversification across GPs, vintages, and strategies, and seeks returns driven by value creation and pricing discipline, as well as J-Curve mitigation.

The launch comes as private wealth investors increasingly seek access to private markets and the secondary market continues to expand in scale and sophistication. Clearlake Private Wealth is built on Clearlake and Pathway’s more than 20-year history investing across private markets in private equity, private credit, liquid credit, and private market solutions, with over $185 billion in assets under management, as of June 30, 2026.

“We believe that demand from private wealth investors for institutional-quality access to private markets has never been stronger, and that secondaries and co-investments are becoming essential building blocks of a well-diversified alternatives portfolio,” said José E. Feliciano and Behdad Eghbali, Co-Founders and Managing Partners at Clearlake. “Clearlake Private Wealth and the Fund are expected to bring the same experience, relationships, and investment discipline we’ve provided institutional investors for two decades directly to a broader set of clients, in a structure purpose-built for the private wealth market.”

The Fund is designed for the private wealth market and is expected to offer investor-friendly features including Form 1099 tax reporting and to make semi-annual repurchase offers of 5% of its outstanding shares to provide investors with periodic limited liquidity.
