The Transaction has unanimous support across its capital structure, materially strengthens the Company’s balance sheet, and provides the Company with growth capital. This strengthened financial foundation complements the Company’s robust operating performance and provides a clear path forward for long-term stability and sustainable growth. As a result of the Transaction, BayMark is now significantly better positioned to continue providing its best-in-class substance use disorder treatment to over 70,000 patients every day.
